PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Most physical products sold on Rosebloomly are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand production partners.
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services:
- Local deliveries: approximately 5–10 business days
- International deliveries: approximately 2–4 weeks
Please note that delays caused by customs, holidays, weather conditions, or shipping carriers may occasionally occur and are outside of Rosebloomly’s control.

To help avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly during checkout. Rosebloomly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Because many Rosebloomly products are made-to-order or digital, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- change of mind
- incorrect sizes selected during checkout
- incorrectly entered shipping addresses
- shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
- minor color differences caused by screen settings
Digital Products
Purchases involving digital products, including:
- digital stories
- downloadable content
- early access chapters
- digital passes
- and other digital reading materials
are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, if you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your physical order arrives:

- defective
- misprinted
- or incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- and a short description of the problem
After review, we may offer:
- a replacement
- a partial refund
- or a full refund where applicable
